Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and all items are subject to availability.
We use Australia Post. The regular postal service takes up to 3 business days within Australia and up to 14 business days worldwide.
AUSTRALIAN BUYERS ONLY:
Shipping costs within Australia:
$5.30 for 1 item. Additional $3.00 per extra item.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ONLY:
Please email us with your order and we will email an invoice to you which will include shipping and handling costs.
We will happily accept a faulty product back within 14 days of the shipment date for exchange or refund, however we will not accept products back if they don't fit.
We supply sizing information so please choose carefully. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Should you need to return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip and please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return, we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
If you paid your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. The name Global Team Spirit Pty Ltd. will appear on your statement.
BAGS, FRAMED TILES, MAGNETS, MOUSEPADS, MUGS & POSTERS:
These items are shipped directly from the supplier - Cafe Press in the US. When you place your order with them, they will notify you of shipping and handling charges, delivery times and their exchange or refund policy.
